Found: ‘Endangered’ teenager with autism

UPDATE — Monday morning, July 29, police announced Mason Davis has been located.

It is the policy of ThePhillyFiles to take down pictures of people under the age of 18 reported missing and then found.

WEST PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia police are asking for help finding a missing teenager they consider ‘endangered’ because of his autism.

They say Mason Davis, 16, was last seen at 6:40pm Friday, July 26, on the 5400 block of Walnut Street in West Philadelphia.

He is 5’10” tall, weighs 150 lbs., and has a thin build, medium complexion, brown eyes and black hair.

Davis was last seen wearing a yellow shirt with black lettering, black basketball shorts, and blue and white shoes.

He also frequents areas with basketball courts at 5800 Walnut Street, 5600 Vine Street and 5800 Kingsessing Avenue, according to police.

Anyone with any information on where Davis may be is asked to call the Southwest Detective Division at 215-686-3183, or 911.
