Found: Boy, 13, from Southwest Philadelphia

UPDATE — Tuesday morning, Aug. 13, police announced Lakah Manning Hall has returned home.

It is the policy of ThePhillyFiles to take down pictures of people under the age of 18 reported missing and then found.


SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia police are asking for help finding a missing 13-year-old boy, Lakah Manning Hall.

They say he was last seen at 5pm on Friday, July 12, on the 6700 block of Trinity Street in Southwest Philadelphia.

Manning Hall is described as 5’6″ tall, weighing 120 lbs., with a small build, dark complexion and with black hair.

He was last seen wearing a black hoody, black pants and black Nike sneakers.

Anyone with any information on where Manning Hall may be is asked to call the Southwest Detective Division at 215-686-3183, or 911.
