UPDATE — Wednesday morning, July 24, police announced Starr Singleton has returned home.
BREWERYTOWN — Philadelphia police are asking for help finding a missing woman they consider “endangered.”
Starr Singleton, 19, was last seen at 6pm Monday, July 1, in Brewerytown, on the 1400 block of N. 28 Street.
Police say she suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression and “has the intellectual capacity of a third-grader.”
Singleton is described as 5’2″ tall, weighing 120 lbs., with a dark brown complexion, thin build, brown eyes and black wavy ear-length hair.
She was last seen wearing blue denim cutoff shorts, a pink scrub shirt, white knee-high sandals, flowers and earrings.
