Video: 4 suspects wanted after armed robbery

NORTH PHILADELPHIA — A robbery victim is out more than $500 after he was walking at night, and Philadelphia police say two robbers

“ran up from behind him.”

It happened Thursday, Oct. 3, at 10:55pm.

The victim was a 45-year-old man. He was in the 3100 block of N. 30th Street near Clearfield in North Philadelphia.

One of the suspects had a semi-automatic handgun with an extended magazine. Police say he pointed the handgun at the victim’s head.

At the same time, the second suspect went through the victim’s pockets. Police report they took $520.

No shots were fired and no injuries were reported.

The suspects then ran away and were last seen east on the 2900 block of Wishart Street.

Police say two other men were with them during the robbery, acting as lookouts, near the 2900 block of Clementine Street.

The first suspect is described as 5’8” tall, with a medium build. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored jeans, a black ski cap, and carrying a black back pack. Also, he was armed with a handgun with an extended magazine.

The second suspect is described as having a medium build, light complexion and full beard, and he was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with a logo on the front, and dark-colored pants.

The third suspect is described as having a thin build and light beard. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with a red logo on the front, gray sweatpants and a dark-colored knit hat.

The fourth suspect is described as having a thin build, and wearing dark-colored hooded sweatshirt and dark-colored pants.
