Video: Indecent exposure on Johnson Street

Police say the suspect also got into, burglarized the victim’s home

EAST GERMANTOWN — A woman got quite a scare when she looked through her window and saw more than she wanted of a suspicious man.

Philadelphia police say the victim was inside her home on the 1300 block of E. Johnson Street in East Germantown when she noticed an unknown man

“outside, indecently exposing himself.”

This happened on Monday, Sept. 30, at about 9:30pm.

The victim went to call police, and

“heard a loud banging noise coming from inside her apartment.”

Police came, and the victim saw her living room window and screen were both open.

Surveillance video showed the man climbing out of the victim’s window as police arrived. Unfortunately, they “surveyed the area” but could not find him.
